The mold parts we manufacture; We carry out dimensional measurements and controls one by one with appropriate calibrated tools and equipment.

The parts produced according to the measuring ranges determined by the quality control form are controlled. Periodic controls are carried out at every stage of production, and the deterioration of the faulty production chain is prevented. Changes made on the mold or part are recorded with the product revision form. By writing a serial number on each piece of measurement; It guarantees to provide mold parts with the same size and tolerance even years after delivering the molds to our customers.

After the entire production process, our experienced team has adopted the quality approval of the products in the production group by putting them into durable tests on test devices specially supplied from abroad.
