In our mold manufacturing department, metals are processed and molds are manufactured by our expert staff with the support of CAM programming on CNC machines. The molds, whose trial production and process qualification controls are completed, are put into use on the production line for injection.
In accordance with the wishes of our customers, the product design can be carried out together with the mold design and the finished product is delivered to the customer together with the mold. In this case, activities such as Industrial Design, Surface Modeling, and Mechanical Design required by the product are also carried out by our experienced team.
